I had read a lot of reviews online about poor noise insulation and was skeptical about moving here. I hardly felt any issue though. I'm glad I took this move. Love the view from my apartment and the layout for a 1B. It is perfect for me. Few things I was disappointed are - Response from staffs post submission of rental application was low. - Apartment wasn't cleaned before move-in. - Move-in instructions were not shared. I got to know I had to schedule an appointment to block the elevator for move-in the day I was planning to move-in.

The proximity to everything you need and the Sammamish River Trail cannot be beat. There is a beautiful roof deck and great public spaces. With COVID, we have not yet been in the gym. We have a great space and there is plenty of storage. Alex, the Superintendent, has been fantastic. We see him all day getting things done and he is always friendly and professional.

submitted by  - |Recommended: NoReally disappointed that they've started asking for money to use the gym due to covid . When I signed the lease, the gym was supposed to be allowed for any resident to use.

Our private fitness studio is different from the gym. It is available by reservation only and costs $10. This marginal fee helps us cover the cost to clean in-between each use. This is temporary and only available while the Covid mandates continue to keep our main fitness center closed. Just as soon as we move into phase 4, we will proudly re-open our fitness center. As a first time renting myself everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help me and make sure I understood everything, even after answering the same question multiple times. They have the patience and speed you’ll want.

The bad insanely expensive and the facility does not seem to care about residents that moved in pre-COVID yet does everything for ‘new’ residents, louder than any place I’ve lived in, expensive parking and other fees add 400 plus to each months rent, paying for amenities that haven’t been open since March, and lots of police actively make it not very desirable

The fitness center may have to wait until phase 4 but the theater room is still open and so is the rooftop and community room. We've implemented even more cleanings to make this possible. Staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs but communication and knowledge lacks with some members of staff and management. Was told one thing prior to signing and then an entirely different process after moving in which was one of my main reasons choosing Modera Redmond.
